Week 11 Labels, Spatial Analyst and 3D Analyst

I chose the map with the targets. I clicked the Center of Target icon and picked the black target. Then clicked the Set Observer icon and picked the red target. As you can see you are observing the black target from the red targets position. I exported my map out as 2D and created a world file for spatial reference to load into ArcMap to create a map. Not too sure about the north arrow.
